  • Once you place an order, our team usually processes it within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday).

  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM (PKT) or on Sunday/holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Once processed, your order is handed over to our courier partner for delivery.

🌍 International Shipping

Currently, Tabir Academy does not offer international shipping. We only deliver within Pakistan.

If we start offering international shipping in the future β€” including customs, duties, rates, and delivery times β€” this page will be updated accordingly.


πŸ”„ Click & Collect / Local Pickup (Lahore only)

If you are located in Lahore, you may choose to pick up your order directly at our office/warehouse (subject to availability).

  • During checkout, select β€œLocal Pickup (Lahore)” as delivery method.

  • Once your order is ready for pickup, we’ll send you a confirmation email/SMS.

  • Bring a copy of your order confirmation (or show it on your phone) when you come for pickup.

  • Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a shipment confirmation email/SMS with tracking details and estimated delivery date.

  • Use the provided tracking number to follow your order’s journey via our courier partner’s tracking portal.

  • If your tracking shows β€œdelivered,” but you haven’t received your package β€” contact us immediately at info@tabiracademy.com or +92 332 1407000 so we can help investigate.


πŸ›‘ Delays, Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • While we aim to deliver on time, delays can happen due to external factors (courier backlog, weather, public holidays, etc.). In such cases, we seek your patience β€” and will inform you as soon as we receive an update from our delivery partner.

  • If your shipment arrives damaged, or if you suspect it’s lost β€” please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Keep the original packaging and product (if damaged) β€” this helps us file a claim with the courier and arrange for a replacement or refund if applicable.

  • You may request to cancel or modify your order before it has been dispatched. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
