📦 Order Processing

Once you place an order, our team usually processes it within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday).

Orders placed after 6:00 PM (PKT) or on Sunday/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once processed, your order is handed over to our courier partner for delivery.
🚚 Domestic Shipping (within Pakistan)

Note: For remote or less-served areas, delivery may take slightly longer. We’ll keep you updated in case of any delays.
🌍 International Shipping
Currently, Tabir Academy does not offer international shipping. We only deliver within Pakistan.
If we start offering international shipping in the future — including customs, duties, rates, and delivery times — this page will be updated accordingly.
🔄 Click & Collect / Local Pickup (Lahore only)
If you are located in Lahore, you may choose to pick up your order directly at our office/warehouse (subject to availability).

During checkout, select “Local Pickup (Lahore)” as delivery method.

Once your order is ready for pickup, we’ll send you a confirmation email/SMS.

Bring a copy of your order confirmation (or show it on your phone) when you come for pickup.
📨 Order Tracking & Notifications

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a shipment confirmation email/SMS with tracking details and estimated delivery date.

Use the provided tracking number to follow your order’s journey via our courier partner’s tracking portal.

If your tracking shows “delivered,” but you haven’t received your package — contact us immediately at info@tabiracademy.com or +92 332 1407000 so we can help investigate.
🛑 Delays, Lost or Damaged Shipments

While we aim to deliver on time, delays can happen due to external factors (courier backlog, weather, public holidays, etc.). In such cases, we seek your patience — and will inform you as soon as we receive an update from our delivery partner.

If your shipment arrives damaged, or if you suspect it’s lost — please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Keep the original packaging and product (if damaged) — this helps us file a claim with the courier and arrange for a replacement or refund if applicable.
🔄 Cancellations & Order Changes

You may request to cancel or modify your order before it has been dispatched. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

All orders are subject to stock availability. If an item is out of stock after you place an order, we’ll notify you and offer replacement (if applicable) or a full refund.
